Fractional digital platform architecture
Decades of expertise. Infrastructure built to carry it.
VanTaris Strategic partners with established nonprofits, business leaders, and faith-based teachers to design the systems, automation, and digital platforms that turn hard-won knowledge into lasting impact and recurring revenue.
Who we serve
Leaders with real experience and no system underneath it.
The organizations we work with have already done the hard part. They have a track record, an audience, a body of teaching, or a program that works. What they tend to lack is the digital infrastructure to run it at scale: a CRM that reflects how they actually operate, automation that holds up, reporting that leadership can trust, and a clear path from expertise to revenue.
We work in three sectors, on purpose. Each one sharpens the others.
Nonprofit infrastructure
For executive directors, program leads, and grant-funded growth.
System selection and integration, CRM and donor data architecture, program and outcome reporting, campaign deployment, and the documentation that keeps it all running after the consultant leaves.
- Systems audit and vendor evaluation
- CRM, reporting, and automation build-out
- Owner's representative on software upgrades
Business and coaching ecosystems
For consultants, coaches, and founders with a proven method.
Course and curriculum architecture, offer ladders, funnel strategy, and corporate packaging, so a method that lives in one person's head becomes a platform that can be sold, delivered, and measured.
- Offer and revenue pathway design
- Course, membership, and funnel infrastructure
- Authority and content engine
Faith-based platforms
For teachers, authors, and ministry leaders with a body of work.
Digital curriculum packaging, membership infrastructure, and the automation that lets a lifetime of teaching reach people without the teacher being in the room every time.
- Curriculum and membership architecture
- Community and content systems
- Long-term stewardship of the platform
How we work
Architecture first. Implementation under direction.
Every engagement starts with a digital ecosystem audit: what you have, what it's costing you, what's duplicated, and what's missing. From that comes a six-month roadmap with the architecture decided before anything gets built. Implementation follows the plan, with the principal reviewing every system rather than wiring every trigger.
That structure is what lets a small team deliver institutional-grade infrastructure without the overhead of a large firm.

The framework
Six stages, in order.
The VanTaris Platform Framework is the same sequence on every engagement, whether the client is a statewide nonprofit or a single teacher with thirty years of material. The order matters. Skipping to infrastructure before the architecture is settled is how organizations end up paying for software they don't use.
01
Clarity
What the organization does, who it serves, and what the platform has to make possible. Written down and agreed on.
02
Architecture
Systems map, data flow, tool selection, and the integration plan. Decided before a dollar is spent on software.
03
Infrastructure
The build. CRM, automation, reporting, courses, funnels, each one documented as it goes live.
04
Activation
Launch, team training, and the first real campaigns running through the new system.
05
Optimization
Monthly review of what the data shows. Adjust the offer, the flow, the follow-up, and the reporting.
06
Scale
Expand what's working: new programs, new regions, new revenue paths, on infrastructure that was built to hold them.

Principal
Kevin Strite
Founder and Fractional Digital Platform Architect
Kevin started as a programmer on IBM systems in the early 1980s, spent seven years as a systems analyst, and led in pastoral ministry for more than 25 years, including planting and building a church from nothing. In 2020 he launched his own online platform and grew it past $250,000 in annual revenue within three years, teaching more than a thousand solopreneurs along the way.
Today he serves as fractional CTO and digital strategy lead for a statewide foster care nonprofit, a business coaching practice, and a faith-based teaching community, designing the systems, automation, and reporting each one runs on. VanTaris Strategic is that work, formalized.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
The first step is a 30-minute call to understand what you're running, what's coming, and whether this is the right fit. If it is, the next step is the ecosystem audit. If it isn't, you'll leave with a clearer picture either way.
Based in St. Johns, Florida. Working with organizations across the United States. VanTaris Strategic takes on three strategic partners at a time, so timing is part of the first conversation.
